Lucas Grounds

As a part of Lucas Grounds State Farm team, my main focus helping our customers plan for the future. I have worked for Lucas for just over two years and have been in the insurance business since 2011. I live in Glencoe, Oklahoma with my husband and two year old son. When I’m not in the office, I am running our horse training business from home or helping provide horses for local film projects within the state of Oklahoma. My favorite thing about working for Lucas is the camaraderie amongst his employees.

My name is John Srader, and I am one of the team members for Lucas Grounds State Farm. I was raised in Oklahoma, and after a few years in Iowa, my wife and I welcomed our first child into this world. With a want to raise him closer to family, we returned to Oklahoma. I am excited to help protect our community here in Stillwater, and there is no better place to do so than Lucas Grounds State Farm.

I am part of the Lucas Grounds State Farm team in Stillwater, OK. I was a stay at home mom prior to coming to work for Lucas. Now I work in the office as a service team member at the front desk. I have lived in Stillwater Oklahoma for almost 5 years. I was born & raised in Syracuse, New York, where all my family still resides. I have been married to my husband David for 10 years and we have two sons that are 6 and 3 years old. I am hard working, task-oriented, and an outgoing personality which fits the role perfectly for a State Farm customer service representative!

I am a proud member of the Lucas Grounds State Farm Team located in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Transitioning from a long career in higher education, I joined State Farm in the Spring of 2023. Previously, I gained valuable experience in the funeral industry, specializing in pre-planning funeral arrangements. This background equips me with the knowledge and expertise to assist families as they navigate end-of-life expenses and legacy planning.

My passion lies in problem-solving and helping individuals plan for their future. Through exceptional customer care and service, I strive to provide superior assistance to our valued customers. Additionally, I contribute to agency marketing and visibility efforts, allowing me to actively engage with the community I have called home for over three decades.

My name is Monica Gleason, and I began working part-time on the Lucas Grounds State Farm team in Sept. 2022. I am a current Senior at Oklahoma State University majoring in Interior Design, and find my detail-oriented nature, determination, and friendly demeanor to be great assets in helping our customers navigate the twists and turns of life. When not in class or our office, I spend my time traveling, reading books, and playing games with friends.

I am part of the Lucas Grounds State Farm team in Stillwater, OK. I have worked for State Farm for over 25 years. I worked for my late husband’s State Farm Agency prior to coming to work for Lucas. Now I work remotely from home. I live in Lawton, Oklahoma from October to May. I was born & raised in Lawton. I live 4 months of the year in a cabin on Silver Lake Michigan. I have 6 grandchildren who are the light of my life! They are spread out in Oklahoma, Texas, and California. I have a servant’s heart and love to help people, the perfect personality for State Farm customer service representative!~

My name is Arianna Sowell, and I am happy to be a part of the Lucas Grounds’ State Farm team!

When I am not working, I am enjoying quality time with my family in the beautiful Ozark Mountains of Missouri. My husband and I are new parents and are loving every second of it. In our spare time, we love to go out to local parks and the ranch where I have some of my horses.

I am passionate about selling insurance because there are a lot of things that are out of our own control. You never know what could happen or when a loss could occur. I strongly believe it is always important to be prepared and love helping others get the adequate insurance coverage they need!
